AGE DIVISIONS

Dancers’ ages will be determined as of January 1st, 2024.

Age Division for Duo/Trio, Groups, etc. is to be determined by the average age of performers in said routine. To obtain the average age, add all ages, divide by the number of performers in routine. If the average age equals 12.5, drop the decimal, the age division would be 10 -12. If the average age equals 12. 6 or above, age division would be 13 – 15. Routines with wide range of ages, number of ratios must be equal, and all performers must perform of equal time. The average age for these routines will be determined by one age division younger than oldest age division in routine.

Please re-check your entry information, make sure your routines are in their proper divisions. You must inform us of this, and the correction will be made.

When all changes have been made and the schedule is finalized, any routine found to be in the improper placement, said routine will be eligible for Adjudication ONLY, and will NOT being eligible for any High Scores.

All dancers will be responsible for providing proof of date of birth should a challenge arise.

TOTS: 6 & UNDER

LITTLE ONES: 7 – 9

JUNIOR: 10 – 12

TEEN: 13 – 15

SENIOR: 16 – 19

ADULT: 20+
