ENTRY INFORMATION

NUMBER OF ENTRIES
We do not accept Independent entries. There is no limit to the number of entries a studio may enter, however, Soloists are limited to 3 Solos per Regional event and cannot compete against themselves in any one particular Subject. Duo/Trio, Groups, etc., in order to compete in same Age/Subject, there must be less than 50% of the same dancers in particular routine.


ENTRY CONFIRMATION
For Online Registrations, you will receive an email of confirmation from us within 2 days.Approximately 2 weeks prior to actual event, Schedules will be emailed, along with all pertinent information of event. Please read the email and attachments in their entirety, carefully checking for any corrections and or changes that need to be made. The deadline date in which to make any corrections and or changes will be included in this email.  No corrections, changes or omissions will be accepted after the deadline date.


SCHEDULING
Dance Ovations created their own format from the onset, and which has been proven to be very successful for all. We do not have a set schedule, nor do we schedule Categories/Subjects together.  At Dance Ovations, each event is created to suit that particular event. With scheduling this way, it enables us to better accommodate teacher's special requests, always allowing adequate time for costume changes, etc.
No event will begin before 8:00am, with ending at 10:00pm. Friday events will start at 4:00pm.
Regional Event: 1 - 3 days maximum    National Event: 6 days maximum
Dance Ovations reserves the right to extend and or to modify scheduling due to the capacity of an event.


SCHEDULING REQUESTS
At Dance Ovations, Teachers have the option of making changes to suit your dancer's needs, for reasons of costume changes, make-up, etc. These changes must be made by the deadline date with first Schedule emailed to you. These changes must be called into our office (603-347-1063), again, by the Deadline date listed in email. If you are requesting a particular day due to personal scheduling conflict, you must notify us of this special request with submission of your entries. We will do our best to accommodate all requests but please remember that not all requests can be guaranteed. Any entry that performs on a different day than Dance Ovations originally scheduled will be eligible for individual medal standing and Special Awards but will not be eligible for any Overall Awards and/or high scores
Once our final Program has been printed, there will be no other changes allowed, including holds on the day of the competition.


ENTRY FEES:
Available to studios only thru our Online Registration


PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEES:
Once entries are submitted to Dance Ovations, studios are liable for all entry fees due and agree to pay the same. Deadline for such is due no later than 30 days prior to the first day of competition you are entering into. For Rebate, payment must be received 45 days prior to event.

Options for payment of entry fees: Credit card (a 3% service fee will be accessed for all credit card payments), studio check or money order/bank check. Any returned checks or credit card denial of payment, must be paid in its entirety within 48 hours (thru credit card only), along with additional fees of ($25.00).
Once you have entered your entries on our Online Registration, Regional entries can easily be transferred thru our Online to your National entries. If you should have any changes or updates from Regional to National entries, you must transfer Regional entries PRIOR to entering any changes/updates.


REGIONAL ENTRY DEADLINE
Entries must be received with all completed forms/payment in full at least 30 days prior to the first day of event entered.


NATIONAL ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries must be received with all completed forms/payment no later than Deadline of May 12, 2018.
No entries will be considered entered without payment in full and all necessary entry forms completed in full by Deadline date. Any and all entries received after we have closed an event will be returned to you with our apologies.


LATE ENTRIES
Any entries received after the Deadline will be accepted on the sole decision of Dance Ovations, with scheduling permitting. Any and all entries accepted will be subject to a late fee of $5.00 per entry.
Dance Ovations reserves the right to close an event prior to the Deadline, should the number of entries exceed the allotted schedule. To ensure your "spot", please Register early, all entries will be accepted on first come basis.


HOLD YOUR DATES
Dance Ovations will not overbook any of their events. We will close an event before Deadline if an event fills before that date. We understand and respect the planning that takes place when you are choosing and scheduling your competition weekends. To ensure your "chosen event"... Please download and send to us our signed "HOLD YOUR DATES AGREEMENT", along with a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 by January 1, 2018. Your completed entry information, along with payment in full will be due no later than 30 days prior to first day of event or 45 days prior for Rebate (see Rebate qualifications) 


PAYMENT
You have the option to pay either with studio check, bank check or credit card. We do not accept individual and or personal checks. Studio check, one check for all entries. Credit card payments, there is a 3% service fee. Studios entering single entry will be charged a $10.00 office processing fee, with any form of payment. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for returned checks or credit cards denied. Payment in full is due in our office no later than 30 days prior to the first day of event entered.


REFUNDS
Once entries are processed thru Dance Ovations, there are no refunds of any kind, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts. Deposits are non-refundable. If a dancer cannot participate due to an injury, a refund for his/her Solo routines only will be refunded. Before issuing this refund to the studio owner, Dance Ovations must receive a legitimate letter from the dancer's doctor. Refunds for any and all other routines dancer was entered into will not be refunded. Events that are forced to cancel due to inclement weather, Dance Ovations will honor all said entries for that particular event or part of and issue a credit to the studio to re-enter at another one of our events, during same season. This includes but not limited to Preliminaries. Dance Ovations reserves the right to accept or deny any refunds.
